Bodies found in parks identified

The pictures of two murder
victims who were found badly burned in two separate London parks  were last night released by Scotland Yard.
Police identified the body of Sri Lanka born Supenthar Ramachadran, 18, this week after his uncle recognised him from a forensic impression.
The man, from Wembley, North London, was battered on the head with a blunt instrument before being doused in petrol, and set alight. His body was found by a man walking his dog in Roe Green Park, Kingsbury on February 19.
Detectives appealed for iformation about the murder, particularly witnesses to an incident the evening before in which a mans body was bundled into a car outside the Palm Beach Restaurant, in Ealing Road, Wembley at 9.45pm.
Three teenagers have been arrested and bailed to return to a north London Police Station later this month

Yasmin Akhtar was yesterday named as the second victim following forensic tests on charred remains which were found in a copse in Larkhall Park, Clapham, south-west London, almost a month later.
Ms Akhtar, who is believed to have lived in Redhill, Surrey, and before that in Balham, south London was discovered after midnight on March 5.
A post-mortem examination showed she had been strangled before being doused in petrol, covered in wood and set alight in what police believe was a determined attempt to destroy the evidence.
Checks on missing persons showed that Yasmin Akhtar had been repoted missing to Surrey Police on March 8. Police searched several homes in Surrey and south-west London and arrested four men in Balham on March 12. They have been released on bail to return to south London police stations next month.
Scotland Yard said that there was nothing to suggest that the two incidents were linked.
