Janet Richardson - Evidential Art - offers a high quality independent service providing the "Total Support Package" tailored to each individual case.

The Total Support Package

• A full liaison / 'brief' with investigating officer
• A pre-assessment of the ability of the witness/victim
• Full cognitive interview* during the course of image recall
• Image preparation
• All relevant statements, documentation and exhibit protocol (in accordance with PACE)
• Attendance for court hearing

*Janet is accomplished in the method of Cognitive Interview and has been requested to utilise this technique to consolidate information from key witnesses in major crime.

Professional Fees and Charges

Fees are assessed per hour. Costs of travel and accommodation (where incurred) will be charged on an individually assessed rate.

Pre Assessment of Witness Fee

Arrangements for assessment of the witness' ability or suitability before undertaking any interview and composite image will be made dependent on circumstances either by phone or personal visit. If the witness is deemed unsuitable, a fee of £20 will be charged (plus travel expenses if necessary) and documentation forwarded for disclosure purposes outlining the result of the assessment.
